Manage Booking page. Enter your Booking Reference (PNR) and Last Name. From there, you can view available options for your specific ticket. Please note that most Basic Economy tickets are strictly non-refundable and cannot be changed according to US airline regulations.
When do I need to check-in at the airport? +
For US domestic flights (e.g., JFK to LAX), it is recommended to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. For international itineraries out of the USA, please arrive at least 3 hours prior. Online check-in usually opens 24 hours before your flight.
